Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who has experience leading marketing and sales of ERP services within India and across the globe (primarily USA, UK, UAE and Australia) and who can expand our services into new regions by generating leads/opportunities (small- and medium-sized enterprise), acquiring new customers, and creating long-term, trusting relationships. The Business Development Manager’s role is also to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all new and existing customer sales and account management matters
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
  • Conduct marketing campaigns through email and social media platforms for leads generation
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT delivery manager who can lead multiple diversified teams that assist our customers with setup and installation of technology tools and products. As an IT delivery manager, you must be able to work closely with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure/customize systems and develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives. You need to oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption. You are responsible for training programs to educate users, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for all Odoo ERP practice projects delivery and support
  • Must effectively coordinate with SME’s and project managers to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and scope
  • Monitor and manage all services provided to customers under the Odoo ERP practice from Analysis, Configuration, Customization, Development, Testing, Deployment and Support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery

We are looking for an ERP Functional Lead who can contribute to selling, shaping, defining and implementing our ERP engagements. Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, you will be a key member of the team that leads the client through to successful delivery. Your key accountability will be to provide leadership for a functional domain from initial contact with customer through deployment and support. You will provide industry and solution leadership at every stage and act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship. Key areas of focus are value and benefits management, solution design, functional architecture, solutions landscape design as well as business input to proposal development, client sales activities and project planning.

QA/Test Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an ERP Quality Assurance Lead who has experience with web-based application testing and ERP systems, particularly Odoo ERP across major functional modules. As an ERP QA Lead, you will be responsible for developing and documenting formal test strategies and test plans, and will lead all testing activities relating to our ERP system. You will be expected to stay in close collaboration with the core project team to understand the system and user requirements, translate them into test suites and test cases, and manage the testing scope. You will need to perform hands on testing as well as define and track quality assurance metrics to ensure system adheres to quality testing standards and procedures.
The key attributes needed in this position include strong multi-tasking, detail-orientation, fast-learning, and organization skills as well as expertise in the software development life cycle and knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
